Each year, the University of Houston's Department of Modern and Classical Languages offers students the opportunity to travel to France and take courses taught by our faculty, or participate in corporate or academic internships. Students stay with pre-selected host families who provide three meals per day to their U of H guests. The beautiful Bourges setting, a small but modern town with pre-Roman origins and located in the center of the country, allows for excellent educational and entertaining excursions included in the program fee. The Summer of 2002 program in Bourges will be led by Dr. Robert Shupp . We invite you to join us on this eight-week academic journey à la française!!!
