Robert L. Heath (PhD, University of Illinois, 1971) has published 12 books and nearly 100 hundred articles and chapters on communication theory, rhetoric, public relations, issues management, risk communication, and crisis communication. He is a professor of communication specializing in public relations in the School of Communication at the University of Houston.
